Kendrick Parka

Initially when I had the patterns and samples made I was planning on selling these via general sale here on the web-store. However, after some careful consideration I will now be selling them as made to order instead. Once you have chosen your size you will need to either message me via instagram or facebook with your chosen colour and size and to pay your deposit.

This is how it will work:

I have agreed a very limited number to be manufactured with my production facility. As I have everything made here in the UK, small order quantities are costly. Therefore as I am now having a lesser number made than originally planned my costs have increased and as such they will now be priced at £320. This is to make it financially viable to produce them. As they will be made to order, once the quota I have agreed with the factory is fulfilled, that will be it. Therefore it is a first come first serve basis.

They will be available to purchase via a deposit payment system where a non refundable £100 deposit will need to be placed in order for you to reserve one. Why isn’t it refundable? As a small self funded label I simply cannot risk a big outlay on an order such as this for people to then change their mind before completion. In essence you’ll be funding your fabrics for your jacket.

I only have a limited budget to work with for things i want to do so I need to take this into consideration when doing the more costly garments such as these. Once the full balance is paid a returns procedure will be available as normal and any spare jackets from this will then go up for general sale. However, I implore you to take your time, study the measurements and try and keep the returns to a minimum.

The parkas are cut generously and are meant to be worn loose, the sizes may appear big but as a guide I am wearing an XL in the following photos. These were originally intended for a A/W release and are weighted for the colder / wetter climates - an over parka for those kinds of weather.

For your reference I'm 5'11 and 17 stone and a stocky build. I have a measured 24 pit to pit and a 48 inch chest. The parkas are cut straight down from under the arm with no taper - therefore, as the XL would appear too big for my chest size on paper, I am lucky to be blessed with a middle age spread and therefore the size accommodates for this in my case.

The XL has room for a shirt / sweater / knit for me. I am wearing it slightly oversized. The XL has a pit to cuff measurement of 20 inches, L = 19.7, M = 19.5, S = 19.2

Please note that the sea blue jacket colour is best represented / true to the image on top of this post.

There will be a lead time of a few months - the fabric will be made to order and can take up to a month and then the actual production time will be on top of that. Regular updates on progress will be given.

Please see the detailed guide measurements below images.

Please note that there can be a slight variation in the finished measurements but these are here for you to help choose what you think will be best for you.
